PROJECT DESCRIPTION
JPM Contracts Ltd was appointed Principal Contractor for the restoration and regeneration of the Grade B2 listed Old City Fire Station located next to the City Walls for Derry City Council. The extensive restoration and renovation works also included the addition of a two-storey building extending along to Fountain Street.
The regeneration of this prime building provided 2,750 sq. ft of high quality office accommodation equipped with modern amenities/specifications including telecommunications infrastructure, air conditioning and full disabled access throughout including the provision of an elevator.
