PROJECT DESCRIPTION
May Street Presbyterian Church is a Grade II Listed Georgian church, 190 years old situated in Belfast City Centre.
The contract comprised of:
- Replacement of natural slate coverings to 6 no.roof slopes to main church building including; rebedding of existing clay ridge tiles, renewal of 2 lead valleys, abutment flashings to pediment masonry and renewal of all parapet gutters.
- Replacement of existing slate coverings to two small hipped and pitched roof extensions to the front (side) and rear of church proper to main church proper(Parlour Room and Choir Room).
Substantial scaffolding was required to access and provide safe working to main and two no. small addition roofs.
