PROJECT DESCRIPTION
JPM Contracts Ltd was appointed Main Contractor for this civil engineering contract. The contract was for the provision of a play area in Rose Court, Derry for Derry City & Strabane DC. Works included demolition of the existing retaining walls and the old play area, site clearance, excavation/disposal of existing grass and soil, earthworks, drainage, importing and spreading topsoil, soft landscaping including tree planting and installation of Bitmac and asphalt paths, kerbing and paving.
