PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The contract was for the provision of refurbishment and extension to an existing NIE sub-station building to provide a boxing gym, changing facilities and ancillary accommodation. The 75 years old single storey building, is located in a densely populated residential area.
Works of the project included;
- An extension to the existing building (63sqm) to provide a new boxing gym area.
- Refurbishment and fit out of existing building to provide training space, store/office, male, female and unisex accessible changing facilities.
- Dry-lining of existing walls.
- Full mechanical and electrical works
