PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The site was located in and beside the Thompson Dock Pump House, Thompson Dock, Titanic Quarter, Belfast.
The works consisted of the redevelopment of the part of the existing listed monuments Pump House at Thompson Dock to form a new working Distillery and Visitors Centre and a new public realm. Change of use from pump house and café/restaurant to a distillery with associated ancillary visitor tour facilities.
Works included
- New Public Realm with 300m2 granite paving, new cobbles and street furniture
- Refurbishment and fit-out of the existing Engine Room to form a new Distillery Area
- Refurbishment of existing Café and Mezzanine Area to form a New Visitors Centre
- Associated Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Installations
- Site works and Drainage Installations
