PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We sympathetically restored this listed building which dates back to the mid 1800s bringing it back to its former glory. The existing building was in a derelict state and required complete stripping out. The existing roof was removed, new trusses installed and re-slated using salvaged slates. The adjoining boxing club was also refurbished. The existing stone walls were cleaned down and re-pointed using lime mortar.
The restoration of this facility and has provided a suite of modern facilities including a kitchen, a large function room with lift access, a meeting room and storage facilities.
