PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Refurbishment of 3 storey office building including basement areas. The building has a masonry wall construction with a facing brick external skin, and a flat butly covered, timber decked concrete roof construction. Total floor area 2190m2. We refurbished the chamber area, undertook roof works, works to external walls, site works and work to the reception area.
