PROJECT DESCRIPTION
JPM Contracts completed the refurbishment and fit-out of existing retail space to create a modern flexible office and workspace hub in Antrim town centre.
The project transformed the first floor into a high-quality business environment featuring private offices, open-plan work areas, meeting spaces, breakout zones and kitchen facilities.
Works Included:
- Complete first floor office fit-out creating a ready-to-occupy modern workspace
- Internal partitions, finishes and furnishings
- New suspended ceilings and floor finishes
- Roof insulation and new flat roof membrane
- Installation of 8-person lift
